Everyone is very kind and caring.
Bay very clean.
Nurse Emma was very warm and made time to talk to all 3 of us.
Nice distraction from worrying about what is happening.

A lesion was removed from my forehead by scratching it away. No pain relief or numbing was offered. It was very painful.

All staff were very caring and professional, even when they were extremely busy.
Seemed a long wait to find out what was going on, but I'm not used to being in hospital and unfamiliar with the length of time things take.
Also didn't expect to get admitted, so waited to go home.
Very kind staff that made me feel safe.

Wonderful caring staff who have looked after me superbly - from the consultant Mr Lwin. The ward sister Debbie and all the nurses to the porters and paper man. Nothing was too much trouble and being able to stay overnight as I didn't feel ready to leave was so helpful. Thank you everyone.
